The HARRIS Women Entrepreneurs Accelerator (HWEA) is a three-month program offering women entrepreneurs comprehensive business support, including:

1. Business and Brand Development Online Course: A complete guide to business strategy, branding, digital marketing, and financial management.
2. Executive Coaching: 1 Personalized monthly coaching sessions to help refine business goals and leadership skills.
3. Digital Tools: Assistance in implementing websites, Google presence and digital marketing strategies.
4. Mentorship & Networking: Access to a community of experienced mentorship and networking opportunities.
5. Funding Support: Access to guidance on securing grants, loans, and other sources of funding to help grow businesses.

This program is designed to provide women with the essential resources they need to succeed in today’s business environment.

The HARRIS Women Entrepreneurs Accelerator (HWEA) offers a streamlined, proven consulting framework to support women business owners in building successful digital businesses and brands. The program focuses on key areas essential to growth while addressing the unique challenges women entrepreneurs face.

LGC celebrates our 4th Anniversary with the launch of this HWEA Project close to our Founder's heart- An accelerator program tailored to women entrepreneurs. 

At our Launch in less than 2 months we will be offering this program FREE of cost to the first 5 Women Entrepreneurs to Sign up and Qualify for our program. Details of the FREE Services will be provided to our early bird Registrants who qualify for our program.

All participants will be required to pay for any graphic design work, subscriptions, access to our course modules and purchases required for their businesses/website domains. All services outside of this remain FREE. The pro bono services will be shared with the 5 selected successful registrants.

After the first 5 Qualified registrants we will offer the remaining registrants, based on availability, a seat in our program under the following terms:

• 1 Free Personalized Coaching Session with our Founder
• Additional Coaching sessions at 30% off 
• Access to our course material at 50% off
• 30% off all of our other services- Digital Marketing, Brand Architecture, Website Development, Business Planning Guidance.

Executive Coaching:
One-on-one coaching sessions that focus on leadership, overcoming imposter syndrome, managing burnout, and balancing work and personal life. These sessions help women build confidence and navigate the complexities of running a business.

Online Course:
Tailored course modules covering essential topics like:

• Marketing: Building strategies to promote products/services effectively.
• Leveraging Ai & Cutting edge technologies to grow your business.
• Business Plan Development: Guidance on creating detailed, actionable business plans.
• Business Structures & Models: Exploring the best structures and models for scaling businesses.
• Self-Care & Work-Life Balance: Strategies to manage both personal and business responsibilities.
• Burnout and Imposter Syndrome: Addressing and overcoming common challenges faced by women entrepreneurs.
• Inclusivity and Equity in business for leaders.

Digital Marketing Services:
Comprehensive support in digital marketing strategies, including social media management,  google presence and basic content creation, to ensure businesses reach their target audience and grow online.

Website Development:
Assistance in developing professional, user-friendly level 1 websites optimized for customer engagement and business growth. This service helps build a strong online presence, enhancing customer interaction and business credibility.

Brand Architecture:
Guidance in building a clear, compelling brand identity, including visual design, brand messaging, and positioning in the marketplace. This helps businesses stand out and attract the right customers.

Business Planning Guidance:
Strategic advice on refining business plans, setting achievable goals, and developing long-term strategies to build a sustainable and scalable business.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

To qualify for the HWEA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Female Ownership: Women must own at least 51% of the business.
• Business Overview Submission: Applicants must submit a 2-3 page business overview that includes:
  • Business Model: Description of the product/service, revenue strategy, and growth potential.
  • Market Information: A brief analysis of the target market and competitors.
  • Vision and Mission: Long-term goals and mission for the business.
  • Projected Revenue: Financial forecasts for the next 1-3 years.
• Priority Targeted Populations: Special consideration will be given to first-time entrepreneurs, single mothers, and divorcees.
• Commitment: Participants must commit to completing the course and attending coaching and mentorship sessions.
• All supporting documentation will be required.
